 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important Guidelines

These guidelines ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients. Please review them carefully:

 

  • Intuitive advice from The Unhinged Intuitive is not a substitute for professional therapy.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any of our services.
  • Our coaching sessions and our intuitive advice phone calls do not provide legal advice, specific health advice, or address pregnancy-related issues. Please consult legal professionals for legal issues, and always check with your doctor for health specific questions or advice.
  • The Unhinged Intuitive reserves the right to decline services to any individual at our discretion.
  • Coaching Sessions are designed to be a general guidelines to help you improve your life. We do not advise or assist in crisis situations. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call your local emergency services.

What I Don't Do 

 

  • I don't "find" lost objects 
  • I can't tell you "specific dates" that things will happen. Don't ask.
  • I won't tell you he's your "soulmate" or "twin flame". Those don't exist- those are new age words used for "toxic relationship."
  • I don't give "general readings". Ever. Tell me why you're calling me and what you need help with.
  • I won't give you a play by play of what your baby daddy is doing today or where he's at. He's probably at home watching TV and scrolling on his phone talking to other girls. Don't waste my time.
  • I will not tell you the "outcome" of a legal case. I'm not a lawyer.
  • I will not tell you if your going to "meet" someone. You'll meet someone if you get out there and date. Life isn't a fairytale.
  • I will not predict pregnancy or tell you if you have health issues. I'm not a doctor.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To protect The Unhinged Intuitive and ensure clarity, please note the following written BOUNDARIES:

  • The Unhinged Initiative's advice and guidance are not a replacement for professional therapy or medical advice.
  • Our services are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure health conditions. We do not provide medical diagnoses.
  • We do not offer crisis services. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency service.
  • It's important to understand that our coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. We encourage you to seek appropriate professional help for any mental health concerns.
  • Clients must be respectful and appropriate during calls and coaching sessions. We will not tolerate clients that yell, scream, make irrational demands, or ask bizarre questions about spiritual jargon. 
  • We do not tolerate clients that ask about or discuss sexual acts. We don't answer sexual questions about others or listen while you describe sexual acts involving yourself or others. We are not an adult chat hotline. 
  • We do not accept clients seeking to hook up with or find love interests outside of the bounds of a committed relationship. We are not a "screen a potential hook-up" service.
  • We do not provide services for suicidal ideation or suicidal threats, and we will terminate a call or session and inform the proper authorities if you threaten suicide or discuss suicidal thoughts and ideas. We are not a crisis hotline.
  • We do not accept clients that are obsessed with or stalking a celebrity or love interest, or ex-partner. 
  • We reserve the right to terminate a phone call for any violation of our written boundaries. 

 

 

The Unhinged Intuitive is not responsible for any events, circumstances, results, emotions, reactions, or triggers that may arise during a coaching session or intuitive advice phone call.

We are not a mental health provider and are not responsible for diagnosing, treating, or managing mental health conditions.

We believe that mental health conditions are best addressed through professional therapy and our coaching services are designed to support you on your journey, but we are not a replacement for professional treatment.

We reserve the right to terminate and refuse services to any client we feel isn't a good match for our services.

 

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • No refunds once sessions begin.
  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours or no‑shows are considered a completed session.

Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Data Privacy

Insight Coaching is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your sessions:

 

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Your personal information and the content of our discussions will be kept private and secure.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a problem or disagreement, our preferred method of resolution is mediation. We believe this approach allows for open communication and a collaborative effort to find a mutually agreeable solution.
